Returns & Exchanges

At Colored Organics, we want you to love your organic cotton essentials, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
